International Student

Who can apply?

International Students are students of foreign nationality, other than that of a Member State of the European Union, who have not been legally residing in Portugal for more than two years uninterruptedly, as of January 1st of the year in which they intend to enter higher education, as well as their children who are legally residing with them. Regular International Students are also considered all students who are not family members of Portuguese or nationals of other European Union countries.
