Applications to the mobility programmes will open from 15 to 26 February 2020.

Applications made outside the deadline will not be considered.

From February 2 to 17 will start the regular application period for outgoing mobility students to European and non-European destinations.

Some of our non-European mobility partners offer a very limited number of vacancies while others have very tight submission deadlines, making it complicated to manage the applications to these destinations in an efficient manner.

In order to overcome some of these issues, we will open a pre-application period, only students interested in the following destinations in first option may apply.

This call will be open from 11 to 18 January and the results published on 21 January.

The students with the highest grade in each course will be selected (selection process according the Mobility Regulations) and will only be validated with the presentation of a proposal of equivalencies plan.

The students who are pre-selected have to apply to the vacancy in the “Fenix System / platform”, when the regular application period opens.

The applications for Erasmus Work Placements in 2018/2019 are open from 21st March to 13th April 2018 (NEW DEADLINE).

The deadline was extended due to the fact that many Institutions were closed during the Easter break.

Students are responsible for finding a company/institution to carry out their placement and to initiate the first contacts with the person responsible at the Host Institution.

To make your application official, you must submit the Learning Agreement for Traineeships (DOC, 90.5KB) signed and stamped by the mobility coordinator of your degree and by the host institution where the placement will take place.

Resultado Programas de Mobilidade 2018-2019

Applications for the mobility programmes ALMEIDA GARRETT, ERASMUS, DOUBLE DEGREES: Brazil, CLUSTER and TIME, SMILE and Bilateral Agreements with Universities in BRAZIL, CANADA, CHINA, INDIA, JAPAN, MALAYSIA, TAIWAN, THAILAND, RUSSIA, SOUTH KOREA will run from 17th February 2018 until 2nd March 2018, for the academic year 2018/19.

The upcoming session of the ATHENS programme will take place from 17 to 23 March 2018.

Applications are open from January 4 to 24 and should be submitted on-line at the ATHENS application webpage.

The applicants are required to submit the application and the commitment forms duly signed at NMCI until January 24.
