Camilo Castelo Branco Secondary School Hosts InclusiveFuture School Workshop
On 8 September 2026, Camilo Castelo Branco Secondary School successfully hosted an InclusiveFuture School Workshop within the InclusiveFuture – Fostering Inclusion through Sustainable Education Erasmus+ project, bringing together more than 10 teachers for a session dedicated to inclusive and sustainable education.
The workshop was led by Prof. Ana Moura Santos, coordinator of the InclusiveFuture project in Portugal, who guided participants through the different activities and introduced them to the project’s methodology and resources.
The session provided teachers with the opportunity to explore the InclusiveFuture MOOC, becoming familiar with its contents and reflecting on how its resources and approaches could be integrated into their educational practices and adapted to their school context.
A key component of the workshop was a collaborative group activity, which encouraged participants to exchange experiences, ideas and perspectives. Teachers discussed challenges related to the upcoming school year and collectively explored possible solutions and approaches to support more inclusive and sustainable educational practices.
Another important milestone of the event was the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Inclusive Future Consortium and Camilo Castelo Branco Secondary School. The agreement reinforces the collaboration between the project and the school and contributes to strengthening the school’s engagement with the InclusiveFuture methodology and its objectives.
The successful completion of the School Workshop represents another important step in the Portuguese implementation of the InclusiveFuture project, strengthening cooperation between the project consortium and schools and supporting the continued dissemination and application of innovative approaches to inclusion and sustainability in education.
