After Arriving at Técnico
Welcome to Técnico!
Once at Técnico, you need to follow these steps:
- For Erasmus+, Almeida Garret and IS:Link students
- For Outside Europe Agreements, SMILE and ICM students
- For InnoEnergy, Katamaran Project and Erasmus Mundus students
- General Information about IST and Lisbon

Declaration of Arrival
If you need a certificate/declaration of arrival signed, please send it to :
We will send it back to you, stamped and signed, as soon as possible.
Changing Your Learning Agreement
If you wish to change your Learning Agreement, please use the following form and in the field Component Code, insert the name of the Master’s Degree of the selected subjects (i.e. MEMec21, MEEC21, etc). You must sign this document, your Técnico Mobility Coordinator and your Home Mobility Coordinator.
Once the document is signed by all parties, you must send it to erasmus@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
After this, we will contact you with information on how you will make the changes within the system.
The deadline to send us the signed document for the changes is:

1st and 2nd Period of Classes (1st Semester) – September 4 to 18, 2025

3rd Period of Classes (2nd Semester) – February 12 to March 4, 2026
- 4th Period of Classes (2nd Semester) – April 20 to May 4, 2026
After these dates, no changes will be considered. Changes will only be official/validated if you follow this procedure.
For Outside Europe Agreements, SMILE and ICM students
Declaration of Arrival
Once at Técnico, if you need a certificate/declaration of arrival signed, please send it to the team that manages your mobility:

We will send it back to you, signed and stamped, as soon as possible.
Changing Your Learning Agreement
To change subjects in your Learning Agreement, you will need to contact your Técnico Mobility Coordinator.
You can find yours in the document below:
If you wish to change your Learning Agreement, please use the following form and in the field Degree Acronym, select the name of the Master’s Degree courses (i.e. MEMec21, MEEC21, etc). You and your Técnico Mobility Coordinator must sign this document:
Once the document is fully signed, you must send it to outsideeurope@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
To make the changes, come to NMPI with your laptop or smartphone. Afterwards, you can book the new shifts and reschedule your timetable.

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN Lisboa) is a volunteer-based network that organises trips, parties and other cultural events for foreign students in Lisbon. You can join their events and get to explore Lisbon and Portugal with local students!
