Application Call Open | Mobility for Staff Teaching Assignment (STA) and Staff Training (STT)

The application period for the Erasmus+ grant for Staff Teaching Assignment (STA) and Staff Training (STT) mobility is open until February 13, 2025.

Mobility must take place between March 24 and July 25, 2025.

The Erasmus+ program supports teaching (STA) and training (STT) mobilities at partner higher education institutions within the program’s framework. These mobilities have a recommended average duration of 5 days, with a minimum of 2 days (excluding travel days) and a maximum of 2 months.

For the Staff Teaching Assignment (STA) the Erasmus+ program requires a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week (5 days) at the host institution.

ATHENS Programme – Applications are open until September 25

The next session of the ATHENS programme will take place from 16 to 23 November 2024. The list of courses is available here.

The application period runs from 2 to 25 September 2024.

The application must be completed on the Programme platform by filling in the ‘Registration Form’ and ‘Athens Week-Student Commitment’ forms and the NMCI form.

The ATHENS Programme Rules should be consulted before submitting the application.

Note that, only BIP courses have a grant given by Erasmus + project. More information about BIP short courses here. The ATHENS programme corresponds to 1.5 ECTS and BIP to 3 ECTS.

Absence from Técnico during ATHENS week is to be agreed upon with the professor in charge of the course in question.

Additional Application Call – Staff Teaching (STA)

An additional period of applications for Staff Teaching Mobility (STA) grants under the Erasmus+ program will be held from 22nd July to 30th August 2024.

The Erasmus+ Program has an action to fund teaching mobility assignments to other Higher Education Institutions covered by the program and partner with IST.

The average duration of these missions is 5 days, with a minimum of 2 days (excluding travel days) and a maximum of 2 months. The Erasmus+ program stipulates a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week at the host institution.

Mobilities must occur between 30th September and 25th October 2024.

NMCI informs that a period of applications for Staff Training (STT) Mobility grants under the Erasmus+ program is open from 16th October to 24th November 2023.

These mobilities must be carried out between 8th January 2024 to 31st July 2024.

The Erasmus+ Program has an action to finance mobility missions for the administrative staff training in other Higher Education Institutions covered by the program.

These missions, with a minimum duration of 2 days (excluding travel days), aim the administrative staff training and exchange of experiences within the scope of Higher Education.

Mobility and International Cooperation Office inform that the application call for Staff Training mobility within the Erasmus+ program is now open.

The application is open until 06th February 2023.

The mobility must be carried out between 27th February to 31st May 2023.

The Erasmus+ program has a Key Action to support the staff training mobility to the other Higher Educational partner institutions.

Staff Training mobility has an average duration of 5 days, a minimum of 2 days (excluding travel days), and a maximum of 2 months.

Candidaturas – Erasmus+ Pessoal Técnico e Administrativo (STT)

O NMCI informa que se encontra aberto um período adicional e excecional de candidaturas a Bolsas destinadas à Mobilidade de Pessoal Técnico e Administrativo (STT) no âmbito do programa Erasmus+.
Estas candidaturas decorrerão até dia 08 de novembro de 2022. As mobilidades deverão ser executadas até 31 de dezembro 2022.

O Programa Erasmus+ dispõe de uma ação destinada a financiar missões de mobilidade para formação de pessoal técnico e administrativo a outras Instituições de Ensino Superior abrangidas pelo programa.

Estas deslocações, com duração mínima de 2 dias (excluindo os dias de viajem), visam a formação dos técnicos e administrativos e a troca de experiências no âmbito do Ensino Superior.
