After Arriving at Técnico

Welcome to Técnico!

Once at Técnico, you need to follow these steps:

For Erasmus+, Almeida Garret, Double Degrees and IS:Link Exchange Programme Students

Declaration of Arrival

If you need a certificate/declaration of arrival signed, please send it to the team that manages your mobility:

We will send it back to you, stamped and signed, as soon as possible.

Changing Your Learning Agreement

To change subjects in your Learning Agreement, you will need to contact your Mobility Coordinator.
You can find yours in the document below:

If you wish to change your Learning Agreement, please use the following form and in the field Component Code, insert the name of the Master Degree of the selected subjects (ex: MEMec21, MEEC21, etc). This document must be signed by you and your home mobility coordinator.

Once the document is signed you must send it to your Mobility Coordinator at IST. After the document is fully signed please send it to erasmus@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

After this, we will contact you with information on how you will make the changes within the system.

The deadline to send us the signed document for the changes are:

  • Changes to P3: 7-19th March
  • Changes to P4: 9-23rd May

After these dates, no changes will be considered. Changes will only be considered official/validated if you follow this procedure.

For Outside Europe Agreements, SMILE Exchange Programme and Double Degrees Students

To change subjects in your Study Plan, you will need to contact your Mobility Coordinator.
You can find yours in the document below:

If you wish to change your Study Plan, please use the following form and in the field Degree Acronym, select the name of the Master Degree of the selected subjects (ex: MEMec21, MEEC21, etc). This document must be signed by you and your IST mobility coordinator.

Once the document is fully signed, you must send it to outsideeurope@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

After the changes are formally made by us, we will contact you to book the new shifts and re-schedule your timetable.

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN Lisboa) is an volunteer-based network that organizes trips, parties and other cultural events for foreign students in Lisbon. You can join their events and get to explore Lisbon and Portugal with local students!
